Atlanta is Earth Day Ready with Zero Waste Zone: Green Food Services

There are many ways to be environmentally responsible and minimize the negative impact of driving our cars. We can do this not just for Earth Day but as part of our daily lives as well. Here’s what the city of Atlanta is doing, starting with food services, to mixing food waste with wood and yard waste to make high quality composting; from used cooking oil to biodiesel fuel to commercially and publicly available biodiesel pumps.
